Mark A. LaRose was born in River Forest, Illinois, March 28, 1957; admitted to bar, Illinois, 1982; admitted to bar, Michigan, 2000; U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois, 1983; Northern District of Illinois, Northern District Trial Bar, 1987; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, 1992; U.S. District Court, Western District of Michigan, 2001; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, 1996; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, 2004; Northern District Court of Indiana, 2006.

Mr. LaRose is well-known as an aggressive and successful litigator. His reputation in the legal community is one of strong advocacy for his clients tempered with integrity and respect for his opponents and the legal process. Mr. LaRose has won two civil jury verdicts in excess of one million dollars - one in a securities fraud case against one of the largest banks in the world; the other against a south suburban municipality in a civil rights case. In a jury trial, Mr. LaRose successfully defended five clients against a bank attempting to enforce one million dollars in bank guarantees.
Mr. LaRose is a licensed realtor and has conducted business and commercial transactions in the Midwest and across the country. Mr. LaRose's transactional experience includes: business contracts, real estate transactions, corporate formations and dissolutions, partnership formations and transactions, transactions involving limited liability companies, asset purchases and sales, stock transactions, secured and unsecured transactions, notes, mortgages, security agreements, UCC filings, general corporate representation and annual reporting, and environmental transactions.
