Mark LaRose, Joe Bosco, David Koppelman, David Rosemeyer, David Aron, Costa Diamond, Marissa Alaska, Joe Alioto, and Alberto Quiros Jaen have more than 100 years of combined litigation experience, from small commercial cases to complex multi-party, multi-million dollar litigation.

Mr. LaRose is well-known as an aggressive and successful litigator. His reputation in the legal community is one of strong advocacy for his clients tempered with integrity and respect for his opponents and the legal process. Mr. LaRose has won two civil jury verdicts in excess of one million dollars - one in a securities fraud case against one of the largest banks in the world; the other against a south suburban municipality in a civil rights case. In a jury trial, Mr. LaRose successfully defended five clients against a bank attempting to enforce one million dollars in bank guarantees.

During his legal career, Joe Bosco has been involved in many complex catastrophic aviation litigation matters. Some notable examples include litigation arising out of: Korean Airlines Flight 007 Disaster on September 1, 1983; the grounding of the Oil Tanker, AMOCO Cadiz off the coast of Brittany, France on March 16, 1978; the crash of Philippine Airlines Flight 206 on June 26, 1987 near Baguio City, the Philippines; United Airlines Flight 232 near Sioux City, Iowa on July 19, 1989; the mid-air collision involving a Sun Oil helicopter and Lycoming Air Services aircraft in lower Merion, Pennsylvania on April 4, 1991 (resulting in six deaths, including the late Senator John Heinz).Mr. Bosco has also been involved in numerous other litigation matters arising from products liability, general aviation, construction, automobile, and industrial accidents, and has litigated in various forums both nationally and internationally including Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands, and in various states including Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Alaska, California, Texas, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Louisiana, Georgia, Kentucky and Ohio. Mr. Bosco has also been involved in numerous construction and commercial litigation matters, and has extensive experience in construction wrap-up insurance program litigation. He has worked with a variety of insurance brokers and underwriters on wrap-up construction projects including the Delta Airlines construction at Hartsfield Atlanta International Airport and the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport; Scott Air Force Base in Mascoutah, Illinois; United Airlines Maintenance Facility at the Indianapolis International Airport; and the International Terminal Project at O'Hare International Airport.

David Koppelman joined the Firm in March 2003 bringing with him 14 years of trial experience as a member of Allstate Insurance Company's Staff Counsel Office in Chicago where he has successfully defended numerous Allstate insureds in personal injury cases at trial, as well as arbitration. He has extensive personal injury litigation experience and has handled a wide variety of insurance coverage issues on behalf of Allstate.

David Rosemeyer joined the Firm in May 2016 as a senior associate, bringing with him 30 years of experience as a tort defense counsel.

David J Aron started at LaRose & Bosco, Ltd. as an associate attorney in May 2016. Mr. Aron primarily works with Joseph Bosco in his tort defense and plaintiff's personal injury practices.

Joe Alioto has handled civil, criminal and juvenile law matters ranging from felonies to multi-million dollar personal injury lawsuits. Joe Alioto is a Wisconsin Court Commissioner, and an experienced litigator in both complex civil and criminal matters. In addition to operating his own successful practice, Joe consults with and assists the Firm in all matters involving claims or transactions in Wisconsin.

Alberto Quiros Jaen has handled legal issues involving corporations and corporate business; commercial and real estate contracts; judicial and administrative land issues; and private foundations. He has also been involved in drafting laws, decrees and resolutions in Panama.
